After recently struggling with depression, for the first time in my life, from January through March 2026, I realized more than ever before just how much we, as women, need one another. Of course, I have always known this, but after my experience with anxiety and depression, I am now on a mission to help as many women as possible…in a safe space.
It is true that God has blessed each of us with various gifts, talents, and abilities, and a specific purpose to fulfill, but what I have also discovered is this:
We were never meant to travel on this journey alone.
We were also never meant to feel ashamed about any of our struggles or ignore self-care. Instead, we should be doing all we can to become the best we can be: spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.
Most important, we should be working together to become all whom God created us to be.
