Kimberla speaks straight from her heart and has a strong passion for helping women become all whom God has created them to be.
In 1995, she wrote her first book but was rejected by every literary agent and publisher she contacted. So, she soon decided to give up on her dream of becoming a published author. However, at the suggestion of her husband, she stepped out on faith and started her own company so she could self-publish it. As a result, she sold more than 10,000 copies of her book within the first six months, she was offered representation from a top literary agency that sold her second book to a major publisher, and she has since published 29 books and sold more than 3 million copies.
Today, Kimberla continues to write and speak to audiences at churches, conferences, expos, workshops, luncheons, dinners, libraries, colleges, universities and bookstores. She shares her own personal journey in a transparent and inspirational style, all while encouraging women to do what she did…completely surrender to God, pray for His daily guidance, discover her purpose, and fully walk in it.
